    Das Teil habe ich bei Cyberport gekauft und hat mir 519 Euro gekostet.
    Am stärksten merkt man es bei grafiklastigen Spielen. Unter OSX natürlich auch. Die doppelte Geschwindigkeit wird man nicht erreichen, aber man ist ganz nah dran.

    Da bin ich ja mal gespannt. Ich hatte mir letzte Woche die 1.2 GHz von Giga Designs bestellt. Kann es kaum erwarten bis sie da ist.

    Die Werte sprechen ja für sich.

    Ich habe eine OWC Mercury Extreme. Die Kiste ist jetzt schneller als mein 1.25 GHz Dual in einzelprozessor Anwendungen. Test lief aber noch unter Jaguar 10.2.8. Panther wird noch mal einiges an den Werten verändern (zum positiven).

    Das Teil habe ich bei Cyberport gekauft und hat mir 519 Euro gekostet.
    Am stärksten merkt man es bei grafiklastigen Spielen. Unter OSX natürlich auch. Die doppelte Geschwindigkeit wird man nicht erreichen, aber man ist ganz nah dran.

    Ich habe eine OWC Mercury Extreme. Die Kiste ist jetzt schneller als mein 1.25 GHz Dual in einzelprozessor Anwendungen. Test lief aber noch unter Jaguar 10.2.8. Panther wird noch mal einiges an den Werten verändern (zum positiven).

    Das Teil habe ich bei Cyberport gekauft und hat mir 519 Euro gekostet.
    Am stärksten merkt man es bei grafiklastigen Spielen. Unter OSX natürlich auch. Die doppelte Geschwindigkeit wird man nicht erreichen, aber man ist ganz nah dran.

    Da bin ich ja mal gespannt. Ich hatte mir letzte Woche die 1.2 GHz von Giga Designs bestellt. Kann es kaum erwarten bis sie da ist.

    Die Werte sprechen ja für sich.

    Ich habe eine OWC Mercury Extreme. Die Kiste ist jetzt schneller als mein 1.25 GHz Dual in einzelprozessor Anwendungen. Test lief aber noch unter Jaguar 10.2.8. Panther wird noch mal einiges an den Werten verändern (zum positiven).

    Meine „alte” Hardware:

    QS G4 733 Mhz, GeForce 4 Ti/128Mb, 733MB RAM
